Hammond CSP7031LG1 40U Solid Side Panel Pair for 31.5in Cabinets

CSP7031LG1 is a pair of solid side panels in RAL 7035 light gray for 40U C2 Series modular rack cabinet frames built to 31.50 in (800 mm) depth. The panels enclose the open sides of a C2 frame such as C2F197031, turning an open-frame build into a closed cabinet for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations where dust control, security and a finished appearance matter.

The C2 platform is a modular rack cabinet system: users select the frame, mounting rails, top and bottom panels, doors and side panels to build a configuration that matches the application. Because the side panels are a separate ordering item, they can be added at build time or retrofitted later as requirements change. Series construction uses a 14-gauge steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, with a rated 1500 lb cabinet load capacity.

Each panel in the CSP7031LG1 pair measures 69.94 in (1776 mm) high and 28.59 in (726 mm) on the profiled dimension per the part drawing, and carries a #10-32 x 1/2 in ground stud for bonding, consistent with the series' grounding studs on frame, doors and panels. Four slotted quarter-turn latches and a black plastic handle are included per panel, so mounting is tool-free once the frame is in place and panels can be removed for service access.

The finish is a light gray textured paint; the series textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. CSP7031LG1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA- and USMCA-compliant for government and North American procurement, and ships at 90 lbs (40.82 kg) for the pair.
