Hammond CSP7023LG1 40U Solid Side Panel Pair, 23.6 in Cabinet Depth

CSP7023LG1 is a pair of solid steel side panels for the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, sized for 40U cabinet frames that are 70.00 in (1778 mm) high and 23.63 in (600 mm) deep. It is intended for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations where an open C2 frame needs to be closed in for a finished, enclosed cabinet appearance and added equipment protection.

The panels are finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. The C2 Series powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. A black plastic handle and four slotted quarter-turn latches are included with each panel, so panels can be removed for service access without loose hardware. A #10-32 x 1/2 in ground stud is provided for bonding, matching the grounding studs used across C2 frames, doors and panels.

Each panel measures 69.94 in (1776 mm) overall in the front view, with a 20.06 in (510 mm) dimension shown in the top view. CSP7023LG1 ships as a pair with a shipping weight of 62 lbs (28.12 kg). The matching C2 open frame is C2F197023; the same panel pair is offered in RAL 9005 black as CSP7023BK1.

As part of the C2 modular platform, side panels are one of the interchangeable elements—along with frames, mounting rails, doors and top/bottom panels—that let integrators build a cabinet configuration to suit the application. The panels are manufactured in Canada, are USMCA compliant and TAA compliant, which supports government procurement requirements. RoHS and REACH compliance are also declared for CSP7023LG1.
