Hammond CSP5631LG1 32U Solid Side Panels for 31.5 in Deep Frames

CSP5631LG1 is a pair of solid side panels in RAL 7035 light gray, sized for 32U C2 Series modular rack cabinet frames that measure 56.00 in (1422 mm) high and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep. The panels are the enclosing components that turn an open C2 frame into a closed cabinet, which makes them a routine line item for AV integrators, telecom and lab technicians, and OEM engineers building a cabinet from individual frames, rails, doors and panels.

The C2 Series uses a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. Panels are finished in a textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements.

Each panel in the CSP5631LG1 pair includes a black plastic handle and four slotted quarter-turn latches, so the panels can be released and refitted for service access without dismantling the cabinet. A #10-32 x 1/2 in ground stud is provided for bonding, in line with the series' grounding studs on frame, doors and panels. Per the drawing, the panel measures 55.94 in (1421 mm) by 29.98 in (762 mm).
