Hammond CPR35SZPL 20U Square Hole Mounting Rail Pair, 12-Gauge

The CPR35SZPL is a pair of 20U square hole punched L-shaped mounting rails from the Hammond CPR Series, designed to add or replace EIA equipment mounting positions inside C2 and REFK Series cabinets. It suits IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams, and OEM engineers who need rear support rails, a second mounting plane, or additional 19 in or 24 in mounting capability within an existing enclosure.

Each rail is constructed in 12-gauge mild steel and finished in zinc steel plate. The mounting face is EIA compliant square hole punched with 0.375 in square punches on typical EIA spacing, so the installer can choose 10-32, 12-24 or M6 thread cage nuts to match the equipment being mounted. The front face carries silkscreened, numbered "U" markings in 1U (1.75 in) increments to make repeatable, accurate equipment placement easier during build-out and later changes.

This part provides 20U of mounting space over a 35.00 in (889 mm) mounting height, with an overall drawing height of 35.03 in (890 mm) and 34.50 in (876 mm) of EIA spacing. The rails bolt vertically in the cabinet and include strut mounting hardware for both rails plus a starter quantity of twenty-five 10-32 cage nuts. Obround 0.438 in x 0.750 in slots are provided for the strut mounting hardware.

The side of each rail can be used for rear support or accessory mounting and is compatible with server slides. CPR35SZPL is sold in pairs, ships at 6 lbs (2.72 kg), is made in Canada, and is RoHS, REACH, USMCA and TAA compliant with ECCN EAR99.
