Hammond CMC202010 20x20x10 in Single-Door NEMA 1 Metering Cabinet

The CMC202010 is a single-door 20 x 20 x 10 inch metering cabinet, the most compact square size in the CMC range. Part of Hammond's CMC Series of Type 1 mild steel metering cabinets, it is designed for indoor housing of metering transformers and suits electrical contractors and utility-side installers building out indoor service and metering equipment.

The cabinet measures 20 in x 20 in x 10 in (508 mm x 508 mm x 254 mm) H x W x D. The series is formed and spot welded from 14 or 16 gauge steel with formed edges. This model uses a single hinged door with hasp closure; the part drawing shows a door height of 20.35 in and a door width of 20.31 in.

Inside is a removable inner panel measuring 16.00 in (406 mm) H x 16.00 in (406 mm) W, finished in white powder coating, while the enclosure and cover are finished in ANSI 61 gray inside and out. Two cutouts in the top of the cabinet are provided with metering plates included.

The CMC202010 is CSA Type 1 and complies with NEMA Type 1 and IEC 60529 IP20. It is REACH and RoHS compliant, has a shipping weight of 42 lbs (19.05 kg) and ships in a box.
