Hammond CLTR44U 44U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rail Pair, 77 in Height

CLTR44U is a pair of 44U 19-inch panel mounting rails with 10-32 UNF tapped holes on typical EIA spacing, offered as an optional mounting rail for Hammond CLC Series colocation server rack cabinets. It is intended for data center, telecom and service provider technicians who want to convert or add a full-height tapped-hole mounting plane inside a cabinet frame instead of using square-hole rails.

The rails are formed from mild steel and finished in painted thin film black, with white silkscreened U markings along the rail face to speed up equipment layout and rack-unit counting during installation. Each rail gives 44U of mounting height, measuring 77.00 in (1956 mm) per the series ordering table and 77.03 in (1957 mm) overall on the part drawing, with mounting hole groups of 4X 0.31 x 0.50 slots arranged 2 vertical and 2 horizontal at the rail ends.

Because the holes are tapped 10-32 UNF, equipment can be fastened directly with 10-32 screws, which suits lighter network, patch and telecom gear as well as installations standardized on tapped rails. CLTR44U ships as a pair with a shipping weight of 15 lbs (6.80 kg). The square-hole equivalent in the same 44U height is CLSR44U, and shorter versions are available in 10U, 14U and 21U rail lengths for multi-bay CLC configurations.

CLTR44U carries cULus and UL file number E474597 recognition on the series, is TAA compliant and USMCA compliant, is manufactured in Canada, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Mounting hardware is not included with CLC Series rails.
