Hammond CDF1956SLG1 32U Solid Steel Cabinet Door, Light Gray

The CDF1956SLG1 is a 32U solid front door from the CDF Series, designed exclusively for use with the C2 Cabinet Series. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to close in a 56.00 in (1422 mm) high C2 frame with a flat, fully enclosed steel panel that hides cabling and installed equipment from view.

Construction is 16-gauge steel (mild steel), finished in textured RAL 7035 light gray powder coat. The same door is offered in textured black as CDF1956SBK1, so mixed-finish installations can be matched. The powder coat finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant as well as TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.

Overall panel dimensions are 19.33 in (491 mm) wide by 55.75 in (1416 mm) high, with a 0.53 in (13 mm) depth shown on the bottom view; the drawing identifies the panel as a C2 solid flush door 19x56 for a 23 in wide cabinet. Shipping weight is 40 lbs (18.14 kg).

CDF1956SLG1 installs into C2 Series cabinets using the integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so the panel can be hung without additional hardware fabrication. The assembly ships complete with the parts needed to hang and secure it:
