Hammond CDF1956LLG1 32U Louver Vented Door in Light Gray

The CDF1956LLG1 is a 32U louver vented door from the Hammond CDF Series, made exclusively for use with C2 Series cabinets. It suits IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams, and OEM builders who need a factory door that adds ventilation to an open C2 frame or replaces an existing door with a louvered version in light gray.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in textured RAL 7035 light gray powder coat. The finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and manufactured in North America (country of origin: Canada).

Per the drawing, the door measures 19.33 in (491 mm) wide by 55.75 in (1416 mm) high with a .53 in (13 mm) formed depth, and it is intended for a C2 cabinet with 32U of mounting space and a 56.00 in (1422 mm) height. Shipping weight is 40 lbs (18.14 kg).

Installation uses an integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so CDF1956LLG1 drops into a C2 Series cabinet without special tooling. The assembly ships with a formed black plastic handle, a quarter-turn lock with .531 in high cam (DWS220-9208), and two 1/4 in x 4-1/2 in long hinge pins to mount on the cabinet.
