Hammond CDF1956SBK1 32U Solid Steel Front Door, Textured Black

The CDF1956SBK1 is a 32U solid steel front door made exclusively for use with the Hammond C2 Cabinet Series. It suits IT and AV integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need to enclose the front of a 56.00 in (1422 mm) tall C2 frame, replace a damaged door, or convert an open frame into a closed, lockable cabinet.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in textured RAL 9005 black powder coat, a finish that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The solid panel style provides a closed front with no perforation or window; louver vented, vented, window and vented window styles are offered elsewhere in the CDF series if airflow or visibility is required.

Overall door dimensions are 19.33 in (491 mm) wide by 55.75 in (1416 mm) high, with a .53 in (13 mm) bottom detail. Shipping weight is 40 lbs (18.14 kg). The assembly ships as a complete door: the C2 solid flush door 19X56 panel, a black plastic handle, a quarter-turn lock complete with .531 in high cam, and two 1/4 in x 4-1/2 in long hinge pins to mount on the cabinet.

Installation into C2 Series cabinets uses the integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so the CDF1956SBK1 can be hung without special tooling.
