Hammond C4PR77SZPL 44U Square-Hole 19-Inch Rack Rail Pair, Zinc

The C4PR77SZPL is a matched pair of 44U square-hole panel rails for Hammond C4, C4RR and DCZ4 cabinet systems. It gives IT integrators, data center technicians and industrial panel builders a factory-engineered way to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without changing the cabinet itself.

Square-hole rails in the C4PR Series are manufactured from 12-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform suited to servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The rails are mild steel with a zinc-plated finish, which resists corrosion and improves electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. Silkscreened 1U markings run the length of each rail to simplify equipment layout and future expansion.

This version provides a 19.00 in (483 mm) EIA-310 mounting width over 44 rack units, with a mounting height of 77.00 in (1956 mm) and an overall rail length of 77.03 in (1957 mm). Section dimensions are 4.39 in (112 mm) and 1.50 in (38 mm) at the top view, with a 25.22 in (641 mm) side depth reference and a 25.00 in (635 mm) dimension. Shipping weight is 26 lbs (11.79 kg) per pair.

Square-hole mounting accepts 10-32, 12-24, 1/4-20 and M6 cage nuts, covering most modern rack equipment. C4PR77SZPL is dimensioned for 30.00 in (762 mm) wide C4 cabinets and is also compatible with DCZ4 cabinets. All required strut mounting hardware is included and the rails ship as a pair.
