Hammond C4PR2477SZPL 44U 19-Inch Square-Hole Rack Rail Pair

The C4PR2477SZPL is a factory-engineered 44U rack rail pair for Hammond C4, C4RR_S, C4RR_A and C4RR_D cabinet systems, supplied with EIA-310 square-hole mounting on a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width. It is intended for IT and data center teams, telecom technicians, integrators and industrial panel builders who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting.

Square-hole rails in the C4PR Series are manufactured from 12-gauge steel for outstanding strength, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The mild steel rails carry a zinc-plated finish that resists corrosion and improves electrical grounding continuity throughout the cabinet. Square holes accept 10-32, 12-24, 1/4-20 and M6 cage nuts, so the rails work with virtually all modern rack equipment.

Each rail measures 77.03 in (1957 mm) high, providing 44U of usable mounting space, and is silkscreened with precision 1U rack unit markings to speed equipment installation and future expansion. Drawing dimensions include a 25.22 in (641 mm) depth reference and a 25.00 in (635 mm) dimension, with profile dimensions of 1.50 in (38 mm), 1.39 in (35 mm) and 0.80 in (20 mm). Shipping weight is 14 lbs (6.35 kg).

C4PR2477SZPL is sold in matched pairs and includes all required strut mounting hardware. It fits C4 cabinets of 24.00 in (610 mm) width and is not compatible with DCZ4 cabinets. The rails are manufactured in North America, are USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and are RoHS and REACH compliant.
