The C4F247331BK1 is a 42U open cabinet frame from the C4 modular server rack cabinet system, intended for data center, enterprise IT and network infrastructure builds where the cabinet is configured from separate frames, rails, doors and panels. It measures 24.00 in wide by 31.50 in deep with an overall height of 79.31 in (80.08 in including leveling feet per the series table), and provides 73.00 in of usable mounting height and 29.50 in of usable mounting depth.
Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, supplied as a welded assembly finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Shipping weight is 126 lbs (57.15 kg).
Assembled as a complete cabinet by Hammond, the platform is a UL2416 listed rack with a 3000 lb load rating (UL file E474597) and is seismic rated to 1200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. Individual components, including this frame on its own, are not UL2416 or seismic rated independently.
This 24 in wide frame includes generous cabling space and four 3.50 in diameter cable entry holes on the top, with cable entry plugs included. Four leveling feet with 5/16-18 threads are provided, with a caster pattern and lagging points in the base, plus collar studs on the top and bottom and four threads for optional eye-bolts. Mounting depth is infinitely adjustable using C-channel struts.
- Rails are not included with C4F247331BK1: choose 19 in square-hole pairs C4PR2473SZPL or 19 in tapped 10-32 pairs C4PR2473TZPL.
