The C4DF2442VBK1 is a vented (perforated) flush-with-frame door sized for 24U, 24.00 in (610 mm) wide C4 Series cabinets. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams building or refreshing network and server cabinets where airflow through the front or rear of the enclosure matters. Perforated doors on both the front and back of the cabinet are suggested for most server applications.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The perforated panel provides 63% open area across a 16.38 in (416 mm) by 36.81 in (935 mm) perforated field, within overall door dimensions of 20.38 in (518 mm) wide by 41.81 in (1062 mm) high.

Installation is straightforward: the door installs into C4 Series cabinets using an integrated spring pin at the top and bottom, and it ships with the hinges needed to mount it on the cabinet. As supplied, C4DF2442VBK1 is hinged on the left and swings from right to left, using three left-hand 180-degree opening hinges; order the C4RHINGE if right-hand hinging is required. A formed black plastic handle and a quarter-turn lock with a .531 in high cam are included.
