Hammond C4D2442WBK1 24U Acrylic Window Surface Cabinet Door, 24 in Wide

The C4D2442WBK1 is a 24U surface-mount cabinet door with an acrylic viewing window, made exclusively for use with the Hammond C4 Cabinet Series in the 24.00 in (610 mm) width. It suits IT and AV integrators, facilities teams and OEM builders who want equipment status visible at a glance while keeping the enclosure closed and locked.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The clear acrylic panel measures 15.00 in (381 mm) by 40.44 in (1027 mm) within the door face, so mounted gear, indicator LEDs and cable runs stay in view without opening the cabinet.

Overall door dimensions are 23.00 in (584 mm) wide by 47.06 in (1195 mm) high with a .84 in (21 mm) profile. As a surface door, it mounts over the cabinet frame and ships complete with three left-hand surface door hinges, an FH333 swing handle key lock, an offset cam and three stick-on rubber bumper feet. The door is hinged on the left and swings from right to left; for right-hand hinging, the drawing for C4D2442WBK1 calls out a DC100HINGE kit, while the series lists the C4RHINGE option.

C4D2442WBK1 is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and is manufactured in North America (country of origin CA). The C4 door family is also offered in solid, vented and vented split (barn) versions if a window is not required.
