Hammond C4BD2477VBK1 44U Vented Split Barn Door for 24in Cabinet

The C4BD2477VBK1 is a 44U vented split "barn" door sized for C4 Series cabinets that are 24.00 in (610 mm) wide. Instead of one tall leaf, the door splits into a master and slave panel so it opens in a much shallower arc \u2014 useful for data closets, network rooms and equipment areas where aisle space in front of the cabinet is tight. It is part of the C4DF door family, which is intended exclusively for use with the C4 Cabinet Series.

Construction is 16-gauge steel, finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The vented panels provide 63% perforation open area across a perforated zone measuring 71.81 in (1824 mm) tall, so cabinet-mounted equipment can draw front-to-back airflow while the enclosure stays closed and secure. Perforated doors for both the front and back of the cabinet are suggested for most server applications.

The door assembly ships with the hardware needed to hang and secure it: three right-hand and three left-hand hinges with 180-degree opening, a wing-handle lock and a lock rod assembly that latches the split leaves together. C4DF Series doors install into C4 Series cabinets using an integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so a single technician can hang or remove a door during build-out or service.
