The C3R30248HCLO is the largest enclosure in the C3R HCLO series at 30 in high, 24 in wide and 8 in deep (762 x 610 x 203 mm). At 24 in wide it is formed from 14 gauge galvanized steel per the series specification, and it provides the biggest mounting area in the line for outdoor wiring/junction applications.
Construction follows the C3R HCLO series: the body is formed and spot welded from 14 gauge galvanized steel with an extended height door and seam-free sides, front and back. The door hangs on galvanized steel lift-off hinges with stainless steel pins and is held closed by zinc-plated draw pull catches with provisions for padlocking. A foam gasket seals the door opening, the back has embossed mounting holes, and the enclosure and cover are finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coating.
