Hammond C2T1936VFBK1 6-Position 4.7-Inch Vented Grill Cabinet Top Panel

The C2T1936VFBK1 is a vented fan grill top panel from the C2TF Series, intended for IT, network, telecom and AV installers who need to move heat out of the top of a rack cabinet. This version is supplied with six fan grills sized for 4.70 in (119 mm) fans, so it can be used for passive venting as delivered or fitted with fans later when heat loads increase. Fans are not included with this panel; the series lists DNFK4AC120 tube axial fans separately for 4 in fan tops.

Construction is mild steel with a 14-gauge steel build and a RAL9005 black textured powder coat finish, described by the manufacturer as GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The panel measures 20.00 in (508 mm) by 28.25 in (718 mm) with a 0.07 in (2 mm) material thickness, and the shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg). This configuration has no thermostat and no cable entry grommets; other C2TF Series models cover those options.

Mounting hardware is included with C2T1936VFBK1, and the series is supplied with CLPKIT832-6 cabinet mounting hardware. Installation follows the top panel assembly instructions: 8-32 U-clip nuts are installed on the top of the cabinet frame, the panel is set in place and secured with the provided 8-32 x 1/2 screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

The panel is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series (H1 requires the H1TC Series for mounting); the cabinet compatibility table lists the C2T1936 size against C2 cabinets 23.00 in wide by 36.00 in deep. The part is made in Canada, is USMCA and TAA-compliant, carries cRUus standards listing, and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
