The C2T1923F4TBK1 is a factory pre-wired fan top panel from the C2TF Series, built to add active cooling to a rack cabinet without on-site fan wiring. It carries four long-life, ball-bearing 4.70 in (119 mm) AC fans rated for a combined 400 CFM free-flow air delivery at 64 dB, plus an adjustable thermostat so the fans run only when cabinet temperature calls for it. It suits IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast installations where heat load has outgrown passive venting.
Construction is 14-gauge steel with a RAL9005 Black powder coat finish; the finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. The unit is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, which helps with government and public-sector procurement. Material is mild steel and the assembly is RoHS and REACH compliant.

U-clip nuts install on the cabinet frame, the panel is set in place, screws are started loosely and then tightened with a Phillips screwdriver. The C2T1923* footprint is intended for C2 cabinets 23.00 in wide x 23.63 in deep, C4 cabinets 24.00 in wide x 31.50 in deep, and all sizes of H1 and RCK cabinets; H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting.
