Hammond C2F197823LG1 45U Open Frame Cabinet, 23in Deep, Light Gray

The C2F197823LG1 is a 45U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series Modular Rack Cabinet System, finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. It is the frame-only building block of the C2 platform, supplied without mounting rails so integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams can specify the rails, panels, doors and accessories the application actually needs. The platform is rated for a 1500 lb load capacity.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly, part of a system that uses 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels. Overall size is 86.06 in x 23 in x 23.63 in (2,186 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm), with the series ordering table listing an overall height of 86.91 in (2208 mm), width 23.00 in (584 mm) and depth 23.62 in (600 mm). Usable mounting height is 78.81 in (2002 mm) for 45 rack units, with 21.63 in (549 mm) of usable mounting depth; the drawing also calls out a 21.97 in (558 mm) usable depth. Shipping weight is 112 lbs (50.80 kg).

Rails for 19" equipment are ordered as pairs: CCR78TZPL for tapped 10-32 or CPR78SZPL for square hole. Infinite-depth rail adjustment is achieved with C-channel struts. Four leveling feet are included (5/16-18 thread) and 1/4-20 caster hardware points support optional casters, while Ø.50 in (13 mm) lagging points allow the frame to be anchored. Grounding studs are provided on frame, doors and panels for bonding.

Top and bottom openings (14.00 in x 19.06 in top, 17.00 in x 10.50 in bottom) accept interchangeable solid, vented, fan or cable-entry panels. C2F197823LG1 is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, and RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
