Hammond C2F196323BK1 36U Open Frame Rack Cabinet, 23 in Deep

The C2F196323BK1 is a 36U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat. It is the starting point for AV, telecom, lab and general equipment installations where the integrator selects the rails, panels, doors and accessories needed rather than buying a fixed configuration. Mounting rails are not included with this frame.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly. Across the C2 Series, the cabinet frame uses 14-gauge steel with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels for a 1500 lb load capacity, with grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels for bonding, and four leveling feet included. Leveling feet use a 5/16-18 thread, caster hardware points are 1/4-20, and the base includes 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points for bolt-down installation.

This 23 in wide frame measures 70.31 in x 23 in x 23.63 in (1,786 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm), with the series ordering table listing overall dimensions of 71.16 in high x 23.00 in wide x 23.62 in deep. Usable mounting height is 63.06 in (1602 mm) for 36 rack units, and usable mounting depth is listed as 21.63 in (549 mm), with 21.97 in (558 mm) shown on the drawing. Shipping weight is 100 lbs (45.36 kg).
