Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in a RAL9005 black textured powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The solid (unvented) panel style directs cooling air through the front-to-rear path of the cabinet instead of allowing it to escape through the base, which helps maintain predictable airflow in hot-aisle or cold-aisle layouts.
Overall panel dimensions are 18.50 in (470 mm) by 17.69 in (449 mm), with a 18.00 in (457 mm) by 15.75 in (400 mm) mounting hole pattern and four 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter holes. Shipping weight is 7.85 lbs (3.56 kg).
