Hammond C2BPS1923BK1 Black Solid Bottom Panel, 23 in Deep Cabinet

The C2BPS1923BK1 is a solid bottom panel for Hammond C2 and C2RR series cabinet frames, sized for frames with the C2F19xx23xx configuration (19 in rack width, 23 in depth). It is intended for IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams who need to close off the base of an open cabinet frame so that airflow can be directed through the intended intake and exhaust paths rather than leaking out of the bottom of the enclosure.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in a RAL9005 black texture powder paint coat. The coating complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America (country of origin CA).

The panel measures 17.69 in (449 mm) by 15.75 in (400 mm) overall per the part drawing, with additional 11.50 in (292 mm) and 11.00 in (279 mm) dimensions and four 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes. Shipping weight is 5 lbs (2.27 kg).

Mounting hardware is included in the box: one bottom panel, six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws. That fastener set is also available separately as CLPKIT832-6 if replacements are required. For a matching light gray option in the same size, the equivalent part is C2BPS1923LG1; C2BPS1923BK1 is the RAL9005 black version.
