The BRS2P1919BK is a 3U heavy-duty rack shelf built to carry batteries, UPS units and other high-weight equipment in 2-post rack systems. It is aimed at telecom, DC power and industrial users who need a load-bearing platform that goes beyond the capacity of a standard rack shelf, and it is specifically designed for heavy-duty 2-post racks including the DNRR and DRZ4 series.

Construction is 12-gauge mild steel with a maximum weight load capacity of 550 lb (250 kg). The front and rear lips are folded and welded for added strength and for liquid containment, which improves safety and durability in battery installations. The finish is a textured black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
