BONDSCREW-10 is a 10-piece bag of thread-forming bonding screws used to create a reliable electrical bond between grounding conductors and painted rack cabinets, electrical enclosures and equipment frames. It suits IT and AV integrators, electricians, panel builders, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need a consistent grounding point without preparing the painted surface first.

Each screw is a 1/4-20 steel machine screw supplied with a Type 23 thread-cutting tip. The tip forms its own threads and removes paint as the screw is driven, ensuring metal-to-metal contact while minimizing metal debris, so there is no need to manually scrape or grind the finish before attaching bonding wires. The green zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance and makes the bonding point easy to identify during inspections.

The 3/8-inch socket hex/slotted head can be driven with either a socket or a flat-blade screwdriver, which is useful for field work in tight cabinet corners.
