Hammond APB19014BK1 8U Hinged Wall Rack, 12-18" Adjustable Depth

The APB19014BK1 is an 8U open wall rack that mounts 19-inch equipment directly to a wall or telecom backboard. Its adjustable depth of 12.00 in to 18.00 in (305 mm to 457 mm) and hinged rear section make it suited to IT and telecom installers, structured cabling contractors and facilities teams who need patch panel and switch mounting without committing to a full cabinet.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a 100 lb load rating, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. One pair of tapped 10-32 sliding rails is supplied and conforms to EIA-310 mounting, so standard rack-mount hardware lines up consistently across the full 8U of usable space.

Overall dimensions are 13.98 in high by 19.39 in wide (355 mm x 493 mm), with a nominal listed size of 13.98 in x 19.25 in x 18 in (355 mm x 489 mm x 457 mm) and a mounting width of 19.00 in (483 mm). Shipping weight is 20.5 lbs (9.30 kg).

The hinge point allows the bracket to swing out for rear access during installation, servicing and cable management, and rear cable access with multiple tie points supports organized routing. The self-squaring, knock-down design ships unassembled for easier handling and simplified assembly; assembly instructions, (10) 10-32 x 3/8 assembly fasteners and a starter pack of (25) 10-32 x 0.75 in rack screws (SCREW1032-25) are included. Wall mounting hardware is not included.
