Hammond 519-0910 8.5x5.7 in 30 Degree Vented Sloped Console

The 519-0910 is a 30 degree sloped console enclosure for builders of desktop instruments, test fixtures and operator panels who want a steeper viewing angle than the 15 degree models in the 500-515-519 Series. The front panel faces up toward the user, and vertical rows of ventilation in the sides allow air to move through the case.

The base is 18 ga. steel (0.05" steel case) for strength, while the slope top is 0.064" aluminum so it is easy to drill and cut for controls and displays. This size uses an aluminum rear surface. It arrives pre-assembled in a two tone grey powder paint finish with a dark satin grey base and smooth light grey slope top, rated IP30 and RoHS and REACH compliant.

The 519-0910 measures 8.50 in (216 mm) wide and 5.70 in (145 mm) deep. The rear stands 3.78 in (96 mm) tall and the front 1.86 in (47 mm). On the drawing the overall length is 220.50 mm [8.68 in], overall depth 150.01 mm [5.91 in] and overall rear height 103.28 mm [4.07 in]. Shipping weight is 1.94 lbs (0.88 kg).

Four self-adhesive rubber feet and the required hardware are included. Replacement cover screws are SC19482-50 (pack of 50, #6 x 1/4" self-tapping) and replacement grey feet are 1421T2GY (pack of 4). Hammond offers factory modification (milling, drilling, printing) and solid models in .stp or .x_t format.
