Hammond 519-0920 13.7x6.9 in 30 Degree Vented Sloped Console

The 519-0920 is the widest model in the 500-515-519 Series ordering table: a 30 degree sloped console enclosure that gives room for a long row of switches, indicators, meters or a display on its angled front panel. It suits system integrators and OEM designers building desktop controllers and operator stations.

An 18 ga. steel base (0.05" steel case) provides strength, and the 0.064" aluminum slope top keeps panel cut-outs easy. The rear surface of this size is aluminum. Vertical rows of ventilation run along the sides. The enclosure is sold pre-assembled with a two tone grey powder paint finish: dark satin grey base, smooth light grey slope top. It carries an IP30 rating and is RoHS and REACH compliant.

Nominal dimensions are 13.70 in (348 mm) wide by 6.90 in (175 mm) deep, with a 3.78 in (96 mm) rear height and 1.86 in (47 mm) front height. The drawing lists an overall length of 350.52 mm [13.80 in], overall depth of 180.01 mm [7.09 in] and overall rear height of 103.28 mm [4.07 in]. Shipping weight is 3.26 lbs (1.48 kg).

Each 519-0920 includes four self-adhesive rubber feet and the required hardware. Spare cover screws are available as SC19482-50 (50 pcs, #6 x 1/4" self-tapping) and grey feet as 1421T2GY (4 pcs). Factory milling, drilling and printing can be quoted, and STEP or IGES solid models are available.
