The body is formed from 10 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams, and a flange trough collar (FTC) around the door opening excludes liquids and contaminants. 15 in floor stands are welded to the enclosure. Both removable doors hang on heavy duty lift-off hinges and close with a heavy duty three-point latching mechanism with roller ends against permanently secured, oil resistant gaskets. The right-hand door is the master door: its handle has a screw defeater and padlock hasp, the slave handle has a padlock hasp, and a mechanical interlock stops the auxiliary door being opened first.
Inside, a formed 10 gauge steel inner panel of 68.00 x 56.00 in (1727 x 1422 mm), finished in white powder coating, mounts on collar studs with panel supports. The cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished in recoatable smooth ANSI 61 gray powder coating.
