Hammond 2CSFB19 12U 19 in Base Rack Swing Frame, Black

The 2CSFB19 is a 12U, 19 in wide rack mount swing frame from the Hammond S2CSWF Series, made for Series 2000 console bases. It lets integrators install standard 19-inch rack equipment such as industrial PCs, network switches, PLCs and communications gear inside an operator console while keeping rear connections reachable for servicing and cable management.

The frame is heavy-duty steel finished in a textured black powder coat. A variable-depth design lets it be positioned front-to-rear for equipment placement, cable routing and door clearance, and it installs with either left-hand or right-hand hinging. The swing-out action gives technicians access to rear wiring without removing mounted equipment.

Per the ordering table, the 2CSFB19 fits base console sizes 24, 36, 48 and 60, with dimension A of 22.09 in (561 mm) and dimension B of 19.28 in (490 mm). The drawing shows a 19.08 in inside width, a 21.86 in inside height, a 17.77 in opening and 18.31 in hole centers.

Installation uses Series 2000 Rail Support Kits, sold separately, and clip nuts are required when mounting to punched rails. The frame is manufactured in North America, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and RoHS and REACH compliant. Shipping weight is 22 lbs (9.98 kg), boxed.
