Hammond 2CSFB24 12U 24 in Base Rack Swing Frame, Black

The 2CSFB24 is the 24 in wide, 12U base swing frame in the Hammond S2CSWF Series. It is aimed at control-room builders who need to fit 24-inch rack equipment into a Series 2000 console base and still reach the back of that equipment for wiring, maintenance and upgrades.

Built from heavy-duty steel with a textured black powder coat, the frame has a variable-depth design so it can be positioned front-to-rear for equipment placement, cable routing and door clearance. It can be installed with left-hand or right-hand hinging, and it swings out so mounted equipment stays in place while technicians work at the rear.

The 2CSFB24 fits base console sizes 36, 48 and 60; the 24 size base takes the 19 in version instead. Ordering-table dimensions are A 22.09 in (561 mm) and B 24.28 in (617 mm). The drawing shows a 25.08 in inside width, a 21.86 in inside height, a 22.77 in opening and 23.31 in hole centers.

Mount the frame with Series 2000 Rail Support Kits, sold separately, using clip nuts when attaching to punched rails. It is manufactured in North America, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and RoHS and REACH compliant. Shipping weight is 30 lbs (13.61 kg) in a box.
