The 2CSBC2436 is a 24 inch stainless steel base cover in the S2CBC Series, designed for the Series 2000 Modular Console System. Series 2000 bases have an open top so that other components can be mounted on them; this cover closes that top when a 24 inch base will be left without a terminal, desk, turret or further component above it.
It is suitable for both single access and dual access 24 inch bases, including stainless steel base units. The series notes also allow the cover to be used on the underside of a Standard Desk Unit, a Standard Turret and a Data Terminal.
The cover is made from 14 gauge steel in the stainless steel (304 SS) version, so it can be paired with a stainless console build. The nominal size is 1.5 x 24 x 18 in and the width (B) is 24.00 in (610 mm). The drawing shows a 1.50 in height, an 18.10 in overall depth, a 20.75 in opening width and Ø0.28 in holes.
