Hammond 2CLT202436 24 in Standard Depth Console Turret, Light Gray

The 2CLT202436 is a 24 in wide, standard depth turret from the Hammond Series 2000 Modular Console System. Turrets are ideal as housings for video screens and offer panel mount or rack mount capability, and they are generally combined with other modular console components. As a Standard turret, this unit is supported by a Base, Pedestal or Standard Desk.

The body and doors are formed 14 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts or holes, finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coating. Body stiffeners are provided where required. The turret has solid sides and top, a solid front door that opens down and a rear door that opens up, and an open bottom. The front door uses a sliding rod mechanism allowing a 102 degree opening when lowered, and the rear door has a manual, 3 position adjustable door stop.

Enclosure dimensions are H 20.00 in (508 mm), W 24.00 in (610 mm), D1 12.38 in (314 mm) and D2 16.62 in (422 mm). The drawing shows 21.68 in of clear space available on the door. Shipping weight is 75 lbs (34.02 kg).

Slotted quarter turn oil-tight latches secure the doors, oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured, and a formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. Internal studs support accessories, and a door bonding screw and enclosure grounding stud are provided. The series carries UL 508A Type 3R, 4, 12, CSA Type 3R, 4, 12, 13, EIA RS-310-E and IEC 60529 IP66 ratings, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant.
