The 262F6 is the 26 VA, 6.3 volt heater version in the 261-262 Series of plate & filament or bias transformers. It is designed for small power or bias supplies, test equipment and preamps that need more high-voltage current than the 12 VA and 18 VA models offer.
Its secondary #1 is rated 120V @ 140 mA RMS, and filament secondary #2 is rated 6.3V @ 1.5A RMS. The series specification sheet shows a 115 VAC, 60 Hz primary for this model. Connections follow schematic Figure 2.
Series ordering table dimensions are A 3.69 in (94 mm), B 1.85 in (47 mm), C 2.31 in (59 mm) and D 3.13 in (80 mm), with G 0.19 in (5 mm). It ships at 1.7 lbs (0.77 kg), heavier than the 262F12 version at 1.5 lbs.
Installation uses the economical two hole channel bracket common to the series, and the leads are at least 5" long for direct connection. The 262F6 is RoHS and REACH compliant. Choose it when you need 140 mA on the high-voltage winding together with a 6.3V heater winding rated up to 1.5A.
