The 262E12 is an 18 VA plate & filament or bias transformer from the 261-262 Series. It is aimed at small power or bias supplies, test equipment and preamps where a 12.6 volt heater string or auxiliary rail is preferred over 6.3V.
The high-voltage secondary #1 is rated 120V @ 87 mA RMS and the filament secondary #2 is rated 12.6V @ 0.6A RMS. The series specification sheet gives a 115 VAC, 60 Hz primary for this model, and its connections follow schematic Figure 2.
