The 18P2117PP is a 21 x 17 inch perforated inner panel for wallmount enclosures that are 24 inches high and 20 inches wide. As part of the 18PP series it fits 1418, 1447, PJW and PHW enclosures, and it gives panel builders a mid-size rectangular field for relays, terminals and control hardware.
The face is perforated with 1/8 inch diameter holes on 1/4 inch staggered centers that accept self tapping screws. Components can be placed and re-placed without laying out and drilling individual holes, which shortens build time on one-off panels and field modifications alike.
Material is 16 gauge steel, finished in ANSI 61 gray powder. This is the largest flat (0 folds) panel in the series. Its drawing shows 0.06 inch material thickness and 0.50 inch diameter mounting holes, called out as five places, with a mounting hole pattern of 19.25 inches along the length by 15.25 inches across the width.
