The 18P2121PP is a 21 x 21 inch perforated inner panel for square 24 x 24 inch wallmount enclosures in the 1418, 1447, PJW and PHW families. It is the first size in the 18PP series built with folded edges, giving control-panel builders and electricians a larger formed mounting plate for component layouts.
Like every panel in the series, it is perforated edge to edge with 1/8 inch diameter holes on 1/4 inch staggered centers. Self tapping screws thread directly into the perforations, so there is no need to measure, mark and drill mounting holes for each device.
The panel is 16 gauge steel finished in ANSI 61 gray powder and has 4 folds. According to the part drawing, material thickness is 0.06 inch, the mounting holes are 0.50 inch in diameter, and the mounting hole pattern is 19.25 x 19.25 inches.
