The 18B236 is a two-bracket terminal bracket kit for 1418 wallmount enclosures that are 36 inches wide, the widest size in the 18TK bracket range. Paired with 18S terminal straps, it gives a convenient mounting structure for terminal blocks, pneumatic controls or small relays.
Each bracket is 32.50 in (826 mm) long with a 31.25 in (794 mm) B dimension, for a parallel enclosure dimension of 36. For 36 inch widths mounted parallel to dimension "B", determine whether a two or three bracket assembly is required; this is the two-bracket version, and the 18B336 is the three-bracket alternative.
The brackets are white-finished steel in "C" channel form, which provides easy alignment of the terminal straps. Combined with the collar stud length they hold the straps at least 3 inches from the rear of the enclosure. They may be installed horizontally or vertically if the size corresponds to enclosure length or width.
Straps are ordered separately, one kit per strap, chosen for the other enclosure dimension. The 18B236 ships in a bag at 8 lbs (3.63 kg), is RoHS and REACH compliant, and carries UPC 623980359502.
