Hammond 18B324 24" Wide Enclosure Terminal Bracket Kit, Qty 3

The 18B324 is a three-bracket terminal bracket assembly for 1418 wallmount enclosures 24 inches wide. The third bracket adds a support point for 18S terminal straps, which carry terminal blocks, pneumatic controls or small relays mounted inside the enclosure.

The brackets are 20.50 in (521 mm) long with a B dimension of 19.25 in (489 mm), and the parallel enclosure dimension is 24. The series ordering guidance notes that for a bracket assembly parallel to dimension "B" in a 24 inch wide enclosure you must decide whether a two or three bracket assembly is required; the 18B324 is the three-bracket answer, while the 18B224 has two.

Each steel bracket is finished in white and formed as a "C" channel for easy strap alignment. With the collar stud length the brackets provide a minimum 3 inch clearance from the rear of the enclosure, and they can be installed horizontally or vertically when the size corresponds to the enclosure length or width.
