Hammond 186F16 100VA 16V C.T. Dual Primary Chassis Mount Transformer

The 186F16 is a 100 VA open-style, chassis mount power transformer from the 186 Series with a dual 115/230 VAC primary, so the same part can be wired for either mains voltage. Its center-tapped secondary is rated 16V C.T. RMS at 6.25 A, making it a fit for OEM engineers and panel builders who need a compact low voltage AC source inside equipment that may ship to 115 V or 230 V markets. Either primary operates on 50/60 Hz.

Construction follows the 186-187 Series design: an economical open style, channel frame for chassis mounting, and split bobbin construction that eliminates the need for an electrostatic shield.
