The 159ZJ is a 10 mH DC filter choke rated for 5 A DC and 500 VDC maximum operating voltage, for high-current DC power supply filtering.
Its data sheet adds typical figures: 60/120 Hz operating frequency, 302.90 kHz self-resonant frequency, 3.77 / 7.54 ohm impedance at 60/120 Hz and 2500 V RMS dielectric strength.
