The 1599BBKBATCP is the fully equipped black 1599B handheld enclosure: it combines the battery door of the BAT version with a factory-installed nylon belt clip (the "CP" suffix). It is intended for portable, battery-powered handheld instruments and controllers that are carried on a belt.
The case is molded from flame retardant ABS rated UL94 V-0 and measures 5.12 in (130 mm) long, 2.56 in (65 mm) wide and 1.02 in (26 mm) deep in the ordering table (part page nominal 130 x 65 x 25 mm). Internally it provides 124.13 x 59.82 x 19.50 mm; with the battery compartment at one end, boards up to 53 x 89.25 mm fit on standoffs that accept #4 self-tapping screws.
The belt clip is molded from tough nylon and is attached with insulated nylon screws, avoiding internal interference. For power, the 1599B size accepts the BH1AAAW and BH2AAAW AAA holders or the BS61 9V holder, sold separately; the 1599BD-BULK divider can separate the battery area.
M3-0.5 machine screws into brass bushings secure the lid at a recommended 42-57 ozf.in (30-40 cN.m). The 1599BBKBATCP includes the box, lid, battery door, belt clip, 2 belt clip screws and 4 cover screws. A recessed top suits a membrane key pad, and two keyhole knockouts inside the base allow wall mounting.
