The 1593SBK is the low-profile, 92 mm member of the 1593 hand-held family, molded in black general purpose ABS. At just 0.83 in (21 mm) deep it suits slim remotes, key-fob style controllers and compact meters where a thin, comfortable hand-held case matters.
An integrated battery compartment uses a long-life "three snap" door. Because of the low profile, the 1593S accepts AAA batteries only, and the two AAA holder (BH2AAAW) is the largest holder that will fit. One end panel is removable, and the recessed top (80.25 x 55.06 mm inlay, 1.00 mm deep) takes a membrane display or pad. Black enclosures ship with black finish screws.
Size is 3.6 x 2.6 x 0.83 in (91 x 66 x 21 mm) on the part page and 92 x 67 x 21 mm in the series table. The drawing shows 49.86 mm inside length, 60.89 mm inside width and 14.90 mm inside height; the maximum PC board is 48.89 x 59.73 mm, fixed with #4 self-tapping screws.
The 1593SBK includes top and bottom cover, 1 plastic flat front panel, battery door and 4 cover screws, shrink wrapped at 0.12 lbs (0.05 kg). Replacement cover screws are #4 x 5/8" (1593MS100 / 1593MS100BK). UL94 HB, RoHS and REACH compliant.
