The 1593QPCB is a prototyping printed circuit board designed for the 1593Q hand-held enclosure with battery compartment. Built to drop into the 112 mm long 1593Q case, it saves design time: the mounting holes are already in the right places and no cutting is required.
The datasheet describes a high-quality FR4 glass epoxy board, single sided with 1 oz/ft2 copper, with 0.042 in holes drilled on 0.1 in centers in a 2-hole strip pattern. The lead-free etched copper carries an anti-tarnish coating for easy soldering.
The datasheet gives a PCB size of 2.4 x 2.7 in (62 x 69 mm); the part page lists 2.68 x 2.33 x 0.06 in (68 x 59 x 2 mm). Four 0.125 in (1/8 in) mounting holes are provided, along with four 4-40 PCB mounting screws.
The enclosure is sold separately: 1593QBK (black), 1593QGY (gray) or 1593QTBU (translucent blue). The 1593QPCB is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.04 lbs (0.02 kg).
The 1593Q case it is made for is a hand-held electronic instrument enclosure with built-in PCB standoffs, one removable end panel, a long-life "three snap" battery door and a recessed top for a membrane overlay or keypad.
