The 1591XXTFLGY is the light gray flanged-lid build of the deep T-size 1591XX enclosure, molded in UL94 V-0 flame retardant ABS and fitted with nickel plated machine screws. It is aimed at electronics designers and OEM engineers.
The box and flanged lid are molded from flame retardant ABS (FRABS) carrying a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, in a light gray textured finish. The lid is secured with M3 x 10 mm (M3-0.5) Phillips machine screws threaded into integral brass inserts, suited to repeated opening and closing. The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, 4 cover screws and installed brass inserts; light gray enclosures come with nickel plated screws. The enclosure is designed to meet IP54, providing protection against access of dust and splashing water.
Outside, the drawing gives 123.27 mm [4.85 in] long, 83.27 mm [3.28 in] wide and 59.00 mm [2.32 in] high, with the flanged lid extending the overall length to 146.99 mm [5.79 in]. Inside there is 115.65 mm [4.55 in] of length, 75.65 mm [2.98 in] of width and 55.00 mm [2.17 in] of height, with a 2.00 mm [.08 in] wall.
