The 1591XXTBK is the black, deep-body T-size model of the 1591XX series, offering 55 mm of inside height in a flame retardant UL94 V-0 ABS case for boards carrying taller components. It is aimed at electronics designers and OEM engineers.
The box and lid are molded from flame retardant ABS (FRABS) carrying a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, in a black textured finish. The lid is secured with M3 x 10 mm (M3-0.5) Phillips machine screws threaded into integral brass inserts, suited to repeated opening and closing. The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, 4 cover screws and installed brass inserts; black enclosures come with black screws. The enclosure is designed to meet IP54, providing protection against access of dust and splashing water.
Outside, the drawing gives 123.27 mm [4.85 in] long, 83.27 mm [3.28 in] wide and 59.00 mm [2.32 in] high.
