The 1591DF2GY is the light gray, flame retardant version of the 1591D bottom-flange enclosure, measuring 150 x 80 x 50 mm (5.91 x 3.15 x 1.97 in). An accessory flange attached to the bottom lets the box be screwed to a surface, making it a practical housing for control electronics, sensor boards and small OEM assemblies.
Material is flame retardant ABS (FRABS) with a UL94 V-0 rating, and it is easy to machine for connectors, displays and cable entries. Lap joint construction guards against dust and splashing water, and the design targets IP54. The lid fastens with four M3-0.5 x 10 mm Phillips machine screws into pre-installed brass inserts; light gray enclosures come with standard nickel finish screws.
