The 1590ZGRP263 is the longest size in the 1590ZGRP series, a 600 x 250 mm gray glass reinforced polyester enclosure for long panel layouts or multiple boards in one watertight, NEMA 4X and IP66 rated housing.
Overall size is 23.62 x 9.84 x 4.72 in (600 x 250 x 120 mm), with a 95 mm deep base and a 25 mm deep lid. Maximum P.C. board size is 582.65 x 232.64 mm, and the 1590ZGRP263PL steel inner panel (sold separately) mounts to the molded-in nuts on the internal shelf.
Unlike the smaller sizes, this assembly includes six cover screws, all self-captivated stainless steel, holding the two piece tongue and groove lid against an EPDM sponge rubber gasket. Recommended cover screw torque is 8-9.5 lbf.in (90-110 cN.m). Spare lid screws are SC570-20 (M6 - 1.0 x 30mm). Wall-mounting through holes are placed outside the gasket channel.
Ratings include IP66, NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, NEMA 4, 4X certification per UL 508A, C UL and UL listing under file E65324, IK09 impact and UL94 V-0 flame. The recommended operating range is -40°C to +120°C. The 1590ZGRP263 is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships at 10.99 lbs (4.98 kg).
