The 1590ZGRP163 is the longest 160 mm-wide enclosure in the 1590ZGRP series, a 360 mm gray glass reinforced polyester box for long PC boards or inner-panel layouts that need watertight protection. Electricians and OEM engineers get NEMA 4X and IP66 sealing in a narrow footprint.

The two piece tongue and groove lid seals on an EPDM sponge rubber gasket and is fastened with four self-captivated stainless steel screws, torqued to 8-9.5 lbf.in (90-110 cN.m). Replacement lid screws are SC570-20 (M6 - 1.0 x 30mm) and ground hardware is SCGM6GRP-20. Wall-mounting holes are outside the gasket perimeter.
The 1590ZGRP163 is IP66 and NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 rated, certified to NEMA 4, 4X per UL 508A, C UL and UL listed under file E65324, IK09 impact rated and UL94 V-0 flame rated. Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +120°C. It weighs 4.9 lbs (2.22 kg) shipped and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
