Hammond 1590Z231PL 200x230mm Enclosure Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The 1590Z231PL is the optional inner mounting panel for the 200 x 230 x 110 mm 1590Z231 diecast aluminum enclosures, including 1590Z231BK (black) and 1590Z231GY (gray). It provides a removable steel plate for mounting circuit boards and components so the assembly can be built and wired outside the box.

The panel is 16 gauge galvanized steel. The part page lists 8.47 in x 7.28 in x 0.06 in (215 mm x 185 mm x 2 mm); the drawing shows the 215.01 x 185.01 mm outline with R13.00 corner radii, which matches the enclosure's listed maximum P.C. board size of 185.01 x 215.01 mm.

It seats on the enclosure's internal mounting shelf, and the series ordering table pairs it with SCGM6-20 extra panel screws. Shipping weight is 1.26 lbs (0.57 kg), packed in shrink wrap.
