The 1590Z180PL is the optional steel inner mounting panel for the 180 x 180 mm 1590Z180 diecast aluminum enclosures in natural, black (1590Z180BK) and gray (1590Z180GY). It gives panel builders and OEM engineers a flat plate for DIN hardware, terminal blocks, PCBs or other components inside the sealed box, and it is sold separately from the enclosure.
The panel is 16 gauge galvanized steel. Listed size is 6.5 in x 6.54 in x 0.06 in (165 mm x 166 mm x 2 mm), and the drawing shows the 165.00 x 166.00 mm outline with R11.00 corner radii. Shipping weight is 0.7 lbs (0.32 kg).
The 1590Z180 box has an internal mounting shelf, and the series ordering table pairs this panel with SCGM6-20 extra panel screws, the 20-pack of copper M6 - 1.0 x 10mm ground hardware with washers shown on the enclosure drawing.
